DDAA recognizes that researchers and scientists must play an important role in the board that informs federal programs, guidelines, regulations and legislation. Research and scientific knowledge is an important source of evidence, which must be properly considered in the decision-making process. C10.18 If it turns out that the complaint is such that a decision cannot be made below a specified level of authority, at one level or at all levels, except the final stage, it can be eliminated by the agreement of the employer and the worker and, if necessary, the Union. C11.02 Topics that can be defined for joint consultation are agreed upon between the parties and include consultations on career development. The consultation may take place at the local, regional or national level, as defined by the parties. In addition, researchers and scientists should look for credible and serious opportunities for scientific publications that meet established academic publishing practices and standards, including particularly strict peer review practices. The larger and more varied the SRDA functions and the greater the productivity and efficiency of the functions managed, the greater the importance of success in these activities. Demonstrated competency against the standards of competence established for scientists with similar academic backgrounds and experience and evidence of promises of professional development. The purpose of this agreement is to implement the agreement between the employer and the Professional Institute of Public Service of Canada (`the parties`) on issues of friendliness. The principles and guidelines for scientific integrity are the timely publication of scientific information and data to the public, in accordance with the Canadian government`s Open Government Directive; Awarding and recognition of contributions from the scientific/scientific government of Canada; if necessary, recognition in official publications or communications where a significant (useful) contribution has been made to programs, guidelines or regulations, including the names and roles of those who have made significant contributions to research.
